These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Have Results ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Pain Management Doctors website and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Service provides editorial analysis and fact-checking commentary about third-party content. We may summarize, quote, evaluate, and link to external source materials for commentary, criticism, verification, and educational purposes.

As part of our content ingestion process, third-party source material is transformed into rewritten and paraphrased editorial content before publication. Verbatim excerpts are limited to short, citation-backed quotations used for verification of specific claims.

The Service is informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or other licensed advice.

3. Content Sourcing and Attribution Standards

We require source attribution for analyzed materials and maintain links to source URLs in our published records. If content is challenged, we may revise, remove, or further annotate the relevant publication while review is underway.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with site security, performance, or availability.
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material through contact forms or submissions.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party source content referenced for commentary purposes, all Service content, including site design, branding, editorial text, and compilations, is owned by Have Results or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may include references and links to third-party websites or content. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices.

7. User Submissions

If you submit content to us (including through contact forms), you represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including responding to inquiries.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Have Results and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the extent legally permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Have Results and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or address misuse.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory legal rights, you and Have Results agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Quebec, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
