Copyright Policy
Last Updated: May 11, 2026
Have Results respects intellectual property rights and expects users and contributors to do the same. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement.
1. Editorial Use of Source Material
Our publication model involves commentary, analysis, and fact-checking of third-party claims, with attribution and links to original sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party source materials.
When source material is used in our workflow, the narrative body is processed and rewritten before publication. Direct verbatim republication of full third-party articles is not permitted in our editorial pipeline.
2. Quote and Attribution Rules
Verbatim text may be used only as short excerpts for identifiable, fact-checkable claims. Each quote must include citation context and a link to the referenced source.
- Quotes are limited in length and used only when necessary for verification.
- Quoted passages must be surrounded by original analysis and paraphrased explanation.
- Sources must be attributed in-page through citation metadata and source URLs.
3. How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@haveresults.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL(s) or material at issue on our site.
- A description of the basis for your claim.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Review and Response Process
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may investigate, request clarification, and, where appropriate, remove, disable, or revise the challenged material while the matter is reviewed.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or restricted in error, you may send a counter-notice with supporting explanation and authority. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
6. Repeat Infringement
We may restrict submissions or access where there is a documented pattern of repeated infringement or abusive notices.
7. Misuse of Notice Process
Submitting knowingly false or misleading infringement notices may expose the sender to legal consequences.
